This year’s festival theme, Muses Inspiring and Creating, will bring 19 concerts in 13 locations, 3 of them for the first time. We will learn what was behind the creation of great classical works, and the “Muses” of today will also visit Český Krumlov. Opera legend Plácido Domingo will return to the festival and for the first time in the Czech Republic, a rising star violinist Esther Abrami will perform. Also accordionist Ksenija Sidorová with horn player and conductor Radek Baborák. Jiří Bubeníček‘s dazzling ballet choreography frames the opening and closing concert.
The festival will celebrate the Year of Czech Music with its main and accompanying program.
