Summer Riding Hall

Present

At present, the Summer Riding Hall hosts not only wedding ceremonies, but also cultural and social events, “nocturnes”, garden parties, theater and ballet productions, and above all, concerts as part of the International Music Festival. You will have an unforgettable experience from an evening that combines music and romantic scenery. The space itself provides a beautiful view of the meander of the Vltava River and the picturesque medieval streets of Český Krumlov.

Historie

The Summer Riding Hall is a rectangular outdoor space lined with linden trees, which date back to the beginning of the 18th century, during the reign of the first generations of the Schwarzenberg owners of the Krumlov estate. Originally, the space was used as a training ground for horseback riding and then as a space for ball games. In the past, there was a covered bowling alley.
