Drei Engel

In the oldest building in South Bohemia, the 12th-century Sudeten Boletice church, baroque lamentations, and responsories will be performed by „three angelic“ voices: sopranos Pavla Radostová and Markéta Klaudová and violist Lucie Karafiátová, accompanied by harpsichordist Jiří Havrlant.

Drei Engel

The trio specialising in the interpretation of Baroque music consists of renowned sopranos Markéta Klaudová and Pavla Radostová and alto Lucie Netušilová Karafiátová.

Each one of the three “angelic voices” also performs as a soloist and collaborates with ensembles such as Czech Ensemble Baroque, Collegium 1704, Musica Laetitia, performs in operas, or together with orchestras such as L’armonia Terrena, the Brno Philharmonic, or the Czech Philharmonic, with whom each of the Drei Engel is particularly dedicated to the interpretation of early music.

St. Nicolas Church in Boletice

When you enter the church in Boletice, which stands in the middle of the cemetery on a high ground called Olymp, you will feel the atmosphere of tradition and history.
