The monastery garden will come to life with the authentic bustle of the Middle Ages, presented by historical reenactment groups. Družina z Bukovníka invites you directly into their fully equipped camp, where you can get a glimpse into the daily lives of our ancestors—from baking flatbread over an open fire to traditional period crafts. Throughout the day, both Družina z Bukovníka and the Kroměříž-based group Cruentus will provide dynamic fencing demonstrations, guards in full armor, and expert talks on historical weaponry and clothing. Come and try out the weight of a sword, try on period costumes, or simply soak up the atmosphere of times long past in this interactive program for the whole family.
