"For the past fifteen years of its existence, The International Music Festival and Český Krumlov have established a very close relationship. The town tries to provide the organizers with the best conditions to make the Fetsival a success, and to maintain its important role as one of the top cultural events of the season. The International Music Festival and Český Krumlov belong to each other and it is my hope that it will remain that way. I personally am honoured that this Festival is held in our town."
